A summary of our fit4nano work
The Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón (joint venture of CSIC and University of Zaragoza) hosts the Laboratory of Advanced Microscopies, the national centre for Electron and Ion microscopies in Spain. One of the lab areas is the FIB-SEM area, with three equipment for nanolithography using the following techniques: FIB milling, FIB deposition, Cryo-FIB milling and Cryo-FIB deposition, FIB irradiation.
